About the Geek

As I write this, I sit in a dimly lit room with five hard drives falling into the glow of my old CRT display. One of them is actually running in an open case that I got tired of opening to hook up peoples supposed “unreadable” NTSF hard drives. I have since obtained a nice little piece of hardware that allows me to to connect those hard drives via USB, but have been too lasy to find the case cover.

My computer came from parts people threw away as useless. Ubuntu (currently 8.04), is my OS of choice. I have invested not one single dime into my computer, and although its not my dream machine, it gets the job done. I wouldn’t have a Vista machine if it were offered to me for free you paid me to take one.

In my wallet, you’ll find a business sized card with my Comptia A+ certification number. Soon I hope to add proof of a CCNA certification. Then, afterwards who knows…
Comptia A+ Certified
